Step 1: Register

Step 2: Pay

To pay by credit card use The button below. Panel cost: $50.00

To pay by MONEY ORDER, mail a $50.00 money order to: Impact DWI

In the envelop with your Money Order, please include a card with your

Name - Cellphone Number.

Your attendance will only be reported to the courts after we receive your money order.

Check that both audio and video are working.

Step 4: Attend

Click The link you received BY EMAIL from Zoom at 5:45 pm on the day of the panel to attend.
