COURTROOM COMPUTERIZATION

Court clerks write the personal information about DWI offenders, the charges, and the sentence on up to 6 different forms and then make copies for the offender, the DA, the court and the agencies to which the offender is referred. Often the information is not correct in all forms.

Impact DWI has offered to purchase computers and printers for the Santa Fe Magistrate Court to facilitate the printing of all copies of the sentencing forms with the exact same information about the offender, the charges, the plea, and the sentence.
